There are many ways to reduce stress
in a very crazy, active, high tech world!
Many people turn to meditation, exercise,
breathing exercises and cat naps to relieve stress.
The one thing I've found to literally reboot my system
and quiet my mind is a technique called the "Access Bars"
by Access Consciousness.
The Bars is a technique that is done in two.
One person lies on their back while the other
gently touches the head of the person receiving.
There are a variety of positions that are held that will cover
32 different points on the head by the end of the session.
It is something that you can easily learn and
share with family and friends
