That’s right. Just 30 minutes!
I don’t know about you but I don’t have
a lot of time in my day to dedicate to exercising.
When I found this 30 minute program I was thrilled!
But does it work? Is 30 minutes enough?
The medical world and science has recommended
at least 20 minutes of exercise daily to prevent disease
and keep your organism healthy and strong.
I’m not saying anything new here.
I recognize the importance of moving my body everyday.
I feel so much happier, sexier, and healthier when I do.
Even if didn’t have the advice of the experts
I know how important it is to move.
I mean, “if you don’t move it, you lose it,” right?
I travel a lot and finding the perfect gym
with great machines and specialty classes
that I can join, can sometimes cost a small fortune.
Therefore, I look for ways to exercise using
popular exercise DVD’s so that I can work out in front of my TV
and get it done so I can move on to other
fun activities in my day!
I have quite a collection because getting bored
is not on my list of things to do! LOL.
I was lucky enough to have the original P90X DVD’s.
My only problem with them is, they can sometimes
run over an hour a session!
Still, it is an amazing exercise program
that I recommend to people who have the time
and want a deeper workout.
Tony Horton the creator of the P90X,
is brilliant and like me, loves variety in his
choices for an in depth workout program.
I love that about him. Plus he’s got a quirky
sense of humor that is truly endearing and captivating!
His NEW P90X3 is the latest creation
that has been designed for people who wanna
get in shape in 30 minutes a day
for a period of 90 days!
I LOVE IT!
I started about 2 weeks ago and
already my body is stronger and
I’ve lost an inch around my waste!!
How does it get any better than that?
I’ll keep you posted.
The best thing is once you get started
and you get into it, before you know it,
30 minutes are up!!!
You’re finished, you’re sweaty and energized.
If you’ve been looking for a varied exercise program
that includes yoga, pilates, isometric and plyometrics
exercises, weights and cardio etc….
this is what you’ve got to check out!!
You won’t have time to get bored.
I’m feeling sexier by the minute….by the 30 minutes. ;-)
