Yeh, yeh I know. It sounds insane.
And some of you would even say it sounds pretty disgusting.
Guess what? It’s not. It is the most delicious luscious creamy tasty coffee
I’ve ever had! And I’m not pulling your leg, believe me.
I discovered this coffee on Facebook.
A friend of mine posted that she had lost 10 pounds
in one month by drinking coffee with butter in it.
I immediately did a Google search and discovered

I bought the Kindle version of it right away!
Once I started reading I was amazed at the science
that was conducted and how the author was really

I have done lots of reading about losing weight and

with the Paleo lifestyle that I coupled with Weight Watchers point system.
